Are You a Federal Employee?
The Commission does not have jurisdiction over federal employees. Please visit Federal Employees & Job Applicants at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) site to file a complaint.
Follow the Steps Below:
Download the Complaint Form and fill out the required information
Send to the Commission one of the following ways:
- Drop off or mail your complaint at:

- Email your complaint to humanrights@hrc.nh.gov
If the discriminatory action and/or harassment occurred after the past 180 days but within 300 days, contact the Commission.
