Youth at Work

The Commission, in partnership with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), offers education to young workers on their employment rights and responsibilities.

Youth at Work is an educational and outreach campaign to promote equal employment opportunity for America’s next generation of workers.

The program consists of a 25-minute video accompanied by guided education and discussion materials.

How can you participate?

  1. The Commission is available to either host or visit schools, organizations, and/or employers to implement (1.5-2 hours);
  2. Schools, organizations and/or employers can implement independently. (approximately 1 hour)
  3. The EEOC’s Youth at Work page has an interactive challenge to test one's knowledge through sample scenarios. Visit Challenge Yourself! | U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
