Are You Protected by NH RSA 354-A?

  • Your employer has a minimum of 6 employees; 
  • The discrimination occurred within the past 180 days*; 
  • You are not a federal employee;
  • You are not an Independent Contractor; and 
  • You belong to one or more of the following protected classes:
    • Age
    • Sex, including pregnancy
    • Sexual orientation
    • Gender identity
    • Race
    • Creed/Religion
    • Color
    • Marital status
    • Physical or mental disability
    • National origin
    • Genetic information
    • Opposed discrimination or participated/testified in an investigation

*Federal statute of limitations is 300 days
