Discrimination in housing is against the law. If you feel you have been denied a sale/rental, treated differently than other tenants, subjected to harassment, denied an accommodation or modification for your disability and/or retaliated against due to your membership in a protected class(es), contact the Commission or file a complaint today!
Are You Protected by NH RSA 354-A?
- The discrimination occurred within the past 180 days; and
- You belong to one or more of the following protected classes:
- Age
- Sex, including pregnancy
- Sexual orientation
- Gender identity
- Race
- Creed/Religion
- Color
- Marital status
- Familial Status
- Physical or mental disability
- National origin
- Opposed discrimination or participated/testified in an investigation
