Are You Protected by NH RSA 354-A?
- You/your child attends a K-12 Public school or charter school and;
- You/your child belong to one or more of the following protected classes:
- Age
- Sex, including pregnancy
- Sexual orientation
- Gender identity
- Race
- Creed/Religion
- Color
- Marital status
- Familial status
- Physical or mental disability
- National origin
- Opposed discrimination or participated/testified in an investigation
