Are You Protected by NH RSA 354-A?

  • You/your child attends a K-12 Public school or charter school and; 
  • You/your child belong to one or more of the following protected classes:
    • Age
    • Sex, including pregnancy
    • Sexual orientation
    • Gender identity
    • Race
    • Creed/Religion
    • Color
    • Marital status
    • Familial status
    • Physical or mental disability
    • National origin
    • Opposed discrimination or participated/testified in an investigation
