Are You Protected by NH RSA 354-A?

  • The discrimination occurred within the past 180 days; and
  • Does not concern a private institution or club; and
  • You belong to one or more of the following protected classes:
    • Age
    • Sex, including pregnancy
    • Sexual orientation
    • Gender identity
    • Race
    • Creed/Religion
    • Color
    • Marital status
    • Physical or mental disability
    • National origin
    • Opposed discrimination or participated/testified in an investigation
