Are You Protected by NH RSA 354-A?
- The discrimination occurred within the past 180 days; and
- Does not concern a private institution or club; and
- You belong to one or more of the following protected classes:
- Age
- Sex, including pregnancy
- Sexual orientation
- Gender identity
- Race
- Creed/Religion
- Color
- Marital status
- Physical or mental disability
- National origin
- Opposed discrimination or participated/testified in an investigation
